Her clients range from local entrepreneurs to senior executives in large businesses in some of the most prominent organizations globally.

During her 25-year sales career with leading consumer packaged goods companies in Canada, she became an expert in leadership, strategic planning, sales execution, and training. She is also an award-winning sales leader who managed national and regional sales teams in person and remotely. She brings that expertise and knowledge to empower leadership and business transformation.

Her extensive experience and empathy for her clients is what makes Shawna an effective coach and trainer. She believes deeply in helping others overcome their challenges, emerging with confidence, commitment and focus to succeed professionally and personally.

Shawna loves sharing adventures with her daughter. They particularly enjoy traveling to destinations on their bucket lists or bringing together people for charitable events. No matter what they do, they always have fun, recharge, and renew their bond.
